Cancellation Policy:
Our policy here at Fun Time Jumpers is:
If an event is Cancelled by a Customer (due to unforeseen circumstances including weather), a refund of money paid to Fun Time Jumpers will be granted upon the customers request, although a small processing fee can be charged to cover the credit card fees.
If an event is Cancelled by Fun Time Jumpers (due to unforeseen circumstances including weather), a full refund of money paid to Fun Time Jumpers will be granted.
If rented equipment is set-up at your party and weather turns, instruction to shut off rented equipment is given, if weather clears up, renter can turn equipment back on, (Full instruction is given at the time of set-up). NO REFUND will be given after equipment is set-up. If weather turns really bad Fun Time Jumpers does reserve the right to pick up rented equipment early (due to Safe Operation of equipment).
A Rental Agreement Concerning your Responsibility as a Renter, is given to (You) the customer, to be read carefully and signed at the time of equipment set-up / delivery. Fun Time Jumpers Management.
